This plan includes cleaning
everything on the standard cleaning
checklist. You can customize the checklist should you need
anything additional cleaned. To do this, simply select additional
“add-on” services below.

do not offer some services or cleaning a few cleaning conditions. To

We include both the standard and deep clean
checklists in
this cleaning checklist. We also include additional checklist items
to get your home squeaky clean after you’ve moved out or if you’re
preparing to move in. If you need these services, we recommend
selecting, “inside fridge”, “inside cabinets”, “inside oven” in the
Add-on section below. These add-ons are best for move-in/move-out
cleaning.

You can customize this cleaning
plan to cover all the requirements to clean your property. To
customize this plan, add notes in the Note section of the Vacation Rental
checklist. Lastly, you
can select the total amount of hours you need for us to freshly
clean your property.

We design this cleaning plan
for newly constructed homes, or if you’ve recently remodeled your
home. We structure Post Construction Cleaning as an hourly plan, and
we highly recommended a minimum of 3 hours for every 1,000 sq feet.
